quality control procedures to create high performance synthetic single crystal diamond materials

In contrast, the performance of natural diamond materials tends to vary widely and needs to be carefully selected.
Synthetic single crystal diamonds are processed into a variety of geometric shapes and are widely used in machinery (such as cutting tools, wire drawing blanks and dressing tools), optics, electronics and detectors.
